who are we?

weknowmore.org consists of five professionals with different backgrounds.

Johan Lammers

Johan studied Organizational Psychology at the Radboud University of Nijmegen, The Netherlands. He founded WeKnowMore.org in 2008, where he is director and principle researcher. His speciality is fostering the human factor of change and knowledge management initiatives: how to make people move and share.

johan Besides his work for WeKnowMore.org, Johan has also worked with MDF-Training & Consultancy since 2005.  He is the organization’s knowledge manager and develops and gives training in the fields of knowledge management, organizational psychology, leadership, and human resource management in international contexts.

Together with Antoon van het Erve [MDF] he designed and implemented eMDF: a collection of online information communication tools focused on facilitating knowledge sharing and innovation communities. And as of 2009, he is the main developer of collaborative distance learning courses for the eMDF academy, MDF’s e-learning portal.

Antoon van het Erve

Antoon has been involved with the development of ICT projects since 1996. Whilst obtaining his degree in International Business Administration he has been connecting people and data by online applications as well as in person. Since graduation he has advised companies about their data design, work-flow and corporate presentation and trained people in making of (database related) websites.

At the moment he is working at the Knowledge Management department of MDF Training and Consultancy where his focus lies mainly on the online ICT Development. This includes training employees, developing new solutions for knowledge sharing, managing several ICT projects such as MDF’s Knowledge Centre, computerizing evaluations, building websites for seminars or e-learning and making documentation and tutorials.

He is strongly solution oriented and loves chocolate and coffee.

Eelke Boezeman

Eelke has been building websites since the age of 16 when he created the website for NGO the Happy Days Foundation. In 1999 he founded Boezeman Webdesign to design and develop websites for the years to come. Over time his focus has shifted from web-design to back-end solutions. In his current work he builds upon Drupal, an Open-Source Content Management System that offers a staggering amount of functionality.Eelke site

While running Boezeman Webdesign Eelke studied Social Sciences and Computers Science at the Radboud University of Nijmegen. In 2008 he finished his bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, and moved to Gothenburg Sweden in the Summer of 2008 to participate in the Interaction Design Masters Program at Chalmers University of Technology.

Eelke’s current projects involve the exploration and development of non-stereotypical interaction devices and developing several websites for small and medium sized organizations in the Netherlands and Sweden. He got involved with weknowmore.org at the end of 2008. Together with Antoon he is responsible for weknowmore.org’s information technology and online services.

Guus van der Valk

Guus has a master’s degree in social psychology from the Radboud University of Nijmegen. During his studies he was very active in the student community, chairing several commissions and the main student body for psychology: Stichting Psychologenbond. guus-site

He has worked in local government in the Netherlands for the last four years. He is seconded by Langhenkel B.V. at several Dutch municipalities. Lately he has been working in the field of social policy development in the city of Zutphen.

Guus will continue to be active in developing and advising on government policies in the future. His involvement with weknowmore.org consists of exploring the possibilities of employing it’s principles in local government policy development processes; and using his excellent analytical skills to support weknowmore.org research.

Miron de Groot

Miron has a master’s degree in Social Psychology from the University of Amsterdam. Specialized in training, coaching and intercultural communication, she understands personal and group dynamics on the individual and the cultural level.

She has worked as a trainer and coach at the University of Amsterdam and in the private sector. Her competence in training ranges from sales to organizational and personal development. Interested in interaction between people on different levels and in a wide variety of settings she also coaches to empower individuals.

Miron also has a background in NLP. She likes to transform empirical research into something that makes sense to the personal lives of people, who want to know more and be more!

Jan Cleijne

Jan is an art-teacher, comic book artist, painter, and sound designer. He has worked on countless freelance illustration and comic jobs for over 50 companies since 2000. He has over sixteen years of experience as a painter. For the last six years he has also been active as drawing teacher, for all kinds of ages and levels. And he has over  twelve years of experience as a musician (bass guitar, guitar, vocals and keys) and is a composer of modern music and  sound designer.jan-site
